Why Bridge?

Traditionally, professors come from two paths:

    PhDs who progress to professorships, often without direct business experience.

  • Industry-first:
    Executives who later move into teaching, often without exposure to cutting-edge research.

In today’s VUCA world, with disruptive technologies like Generative AI reshaping industries overnight, students need educators who combine research expertise and practical knowledge.

ProfBridge Commons makes this possible by building a community where professors learn from business professionals and practitioners share their expertise in classrooms.
