Xraised Interview Clip #3 - Bridging Knowledge, Creating Impact

    Learning Beyond Textbooks:
We are pleased to share the third clip from the Xraised interview featuring our Founder, Dr. Ryosuke Nakajima.

In this clip, he discusses the value students gain when they learn directly from active professionals, alongside textbooks and academic theories.

While theories provide an essential foundation, professionals can share how ideas are applied, adjusted, and challenged in the real business world.

Through practical examples, including successes, difficulties, mistakes, and lessons learned, students can develop a more realistic understanding of the workplace and future career possibilities.

At ProfBridge Commons, we believe education becomes more engaging and future-connected when academic knowledge and practical experience come together.

Xraised Interview Clip #1 - Bridging Knowledge, Creating Impact

    Why ProfBridge Commons Was Created:
We are pleased to share the first clip from the Xraised interview featuring our Founder, Dr. Ryosuke Nakajima.

In this clip, he explains the background of ProfBridge Commons and the structural gap between business and academia.

Many active professionals have valuable real-world knowledge, but limited pathways to share it with students and educational institutions. At the same time, students need not only theories and frameworks, but also practical insights from professionals who have solved real business challenges.

This is one of the key reasons ProfBridge Commons was created to build a more accessible bridge between professionals, educators, researchers, institutions, and learners.

Through the upcoming ProfBridge Platform, we aim to support this connection through guest lectures, micro-teaching, mentoring, and international collaboration.
