About Dr. Dalowar Hossan
Dr. Dalowar Hossan holds a PhD in Corporate Leadership and an MSc (by research) in Business Economics from the School of Business and Economics, Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). Dr. Hossan has published articles in several scientific journals, including those indexed in Scopus and Web of Science, and has presented papers at numerous international academic conferences. He has conducted many international workshops and webinars, particularly focusing on data analysis and research methodology. His research interests include management, work and organisational psychology, employee engagement and performance, leadership, entrepreneurship, artificial intelligence, corporate governance, and sustainability.
